  1. First hover your mouse on the CRM navigation icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Contacts" menu item in the expanded CRM sidebar
  3. Next click on the "Add contacts" dropdown button in the top right corner of the contacts page
  4. Then select "Create new" option from the dropdown menu
  5. Fill in the contact details
  6. Finally click on the "Create" button to save the new contact
