Here is how to manage theme in a form in zapier
- First click on "Assets" in the left sidebar
- Then click on "Forms" in the left sidebar navigation
- Then click on the name of the form you want to modify from the forms list
- Click the page name on the cards tab
- Next click on "Theme" button in the left sidebar
- Then click on "Theme" dropdown in the App style section
- Next select an option from the Theme dropdown menu
- Finally click on "Save" button at the bottom of the theme panel
