Here is a step-by-step guide on how to integrate Canva with Excel:

  1. First click on the orange "Create" button in the top-left corner of the interface
  2. Then select the "Zaps" tab in the main navigation
  3. Click on the "Trigger" button in the workflow builder
  4. Select "Microsoft Excel" from the list of available apps
  5. Click on "Select the event" header in the Microsoft Excel configuration panel
  6. Fill out the necessary information needed to continue
  7. Click the "Continue" button after configuring the Excel trigger
  8. Select "Canva" from the list of available apps for the action step
  9. Fill out the "Action event" in the Canva configuration panel
  10. Click on "Continue"
  11. Complete and customize the required fields to continue
  12. Click "Continue"
  13. Click on the "Test step" button to validate the configuration
  14. Finally click the "Publish" button to activate the Zap
