How it works
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to integrate Canva with Excel:
- First click on the orange "Create" button in the top-left corner of the interface
- Then select the "Zaps" tab in the main navigation
- Click on the "Trigger" button in the workflow builder
- Select "Microsoft Excel" from the list of available apps
- Click on "Select the event" header in the Microsoft Excel configuration panel
- Fill out the necessary information needed to continue
- Click the "Continue" button after configuring the Excel trigger
- Select "Canva" from the list of available apps for the action step
- Fill out the "Action event" in the Canva configuration panel
- Click on "Continue"
- Complete and customize the required fields to continue
- Click "Continue"
- Click on the "Test step" button to validate the configuration
- Finally click the "Publish" button to activate the Zap
