Here is how to forward a ticket in zendesk
- First, click on "Views" in the left sidebar
- Then click on the ticket you want to forward to another user in the main ticket list
- Next, go to the message box and click on "CC"
- Enter the name or email address of the user you wish to forward the ticket to and select it
- Write a brief message letting the recipient know you're sending them the ticket
- Finally, click the "Submit as Open" button in the bottom right corner
- The selected Zendesk ticket will be forwarded to the intended user immediately
