Here is how to create an ai agents for messaging in zendesk
- First in the Admin Center, click on "Channels" in the left sidebar
- Then click on "AI agents" under the AI agents and automation section
- Next click on "Manage AI agents for messaging" link in the messaging section
- Click on "Create AI agent" button in the top right corner
- Enter a unique name for your AI agent in the name field
- Select your desire "Tone of voice" from the options
- Click "Next" button to proceed
- In Brand and help center, click on the brand dropdown menu to select a brand to apply to the AI agent
- Click on the "Next" button to continue
- Now test your AI agent to be sure it performs the way you expect
- Type a message in the message input field and click "Send"
- The AI agent will reply confirming it work perfectly
- Click "Go to publish" button in the bottom right
- Click the checkbox of the channel you want your AI agent to be connected with
- Finally click "Publish AI agent" button to complete the setup
- Your AI agent for messaging is now created and ready to assist in Zendesk
