Next click on "Lists and segments" in the Audience submenu
Find the contact list you want to export
Then click the more options button (three dots) next to the list
From the context menu, select the "Export" option
In the export dialog, choose the fields you want to include in your export file
Finally click the "Export" button at the bottom of the Export dialog
The export will start, and you’ll be able to download the file once it’s complete
