Here is how to edit or change a sequence in zendesk sell

  1. First in Zendesk sell, click on the "Settings" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Sequences" option in the left sidebar menu under Customize section
  3. Next click on the sequence you want to edit from the sequences list
  4. Start making your changes, you can reorder the email sequence steps, change a step and remove a step if needed
  5. To add a new step, click "Add step" button
  6. Next you can change when you want the email to be delivered
  7. Click on "Edit" link next to the email template
  8. In the modal window, adjust the email template settings and message as needed
  9. Once done click on "Save" button
  10. Finally click on "Save sequence" button to save all changes
