Here is how to edit a tag in klaviyo

  1. First click your organization name in the bottom left corner
  2. Next click on "Settings" in the user dropdown menu
  3. Click on "Tags" in the left settings menu
  4. In the Tags section, find the tag you want to edit
  5. Click on the options menu (three dots) next to the tag
  6. Select "Edit" from the tag options dropdown menu
  7. Then enter a new name for the tag in the tag name field
  8. Finally click the "Update tag" button to save the changes
