Here is how to delete a form group in airtable

First navigate to the base that contains your form and click on the "Forms" tab
In the forms list, select the form that contains the group you want to delete
On the form canvas, click the form group you want to remove
Then click on the options menu (three dots) in the top right corner of the section
Finally click on the "Remove" option from the dropdown menu
The selected form group will be removed from the form
Click the "Publish" button in the top-right corner to make the changes live, if desired
