Here is how to create a task from team view in clickup

  1. First navigate to the Team view from the Views Bar
  2. Next click the plus icon (+) in the upper-right of someone's box. The task will automatically be assigned to this user
  3. Enter the task name in the task name field that appears
  4. If there's more than one List in the location, click on the "Select List" dropdown field
  5. Then select a location from the list options
  6. Next add addiotional details such as priority, due date and assignee as needed
  7. Finally, click "Save" to finalize the task creation
