Here is how to show completed tasks in calendar view in clickup

  1. First, navigate to the Calendar view you want to edit in the Views bar
  2. Next click on the "Filter" button in the toolbar
  3. Next click the "Select filter" dropdown menu and select "Status" from the dropdown
  4. Click on the "Select option" dropdown in the filter panel
  5. Select "Closed" and/or "Done" statuses from the status options to view completed tasks
  6. You can also select "Active" to display both ongoing and completed tasks
  7. Then, click the "Confirm" button in the filter dialog
  8. Finally click "Save" button in the unsaved changes notification to apply the changes
  9. Completed tasks are now visible in your Calendar view, shown in green
