How it works
1. First click on "Add Channel" in the left sidebar under the Channels section
2. Then find the channel you want to follow from the channel list
3. Finally click "Follow" next to the channel name to start following it
4. Once followed, the channel will appear in your sidebar, and you'll get notifications for new messages
