Here is how to change the vertical associated with your klaviyo account
- First click on your organization name in the bottom left corner
- Next click on "Settings" option in the dropdown menu
- Click on "Organization" tab in the left settings menu
- Then scroll down to the "Industry information" section
- Next click on the "Vertical" dropdown menu. You can only select a vertical if you are within one of the following ecommerce industries
- Then select a new vertical from the dropdown list
- Finally click the "Save" button in the top right corner to apply the change
