  1. First click on the "Customers" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on the user you want to block in the customers list
  3. Next, click on the "New Ticket" dropdown button in the top right corner
  4. Click on the "Suspend" option from the dropdown menu
  5. In the suspension dialog, click on the "Reason" dropdown
  6. Then, select the most relevant reason for suspending the user from the available options in the list
  7. Finally, click on "Suspend user" button to confirm
  8. The user will now be blocked and prevented from submitting tickets or emails to your support channel
