  1. First click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the header
  2. Next click on "Organizations" in the dropdown menu
  3. Click on the "Settings" button next to the organization you want to manage
  4. Click on "Member privileges" in the left sidebar under the Access section
  5. Scroll down to the "Team creation rules" option under the Member team permissions section
  6. Then check the "Allow members to create teams" checkbox to enable it
  7. Finally click on the "Save" button to save the changes
