- First click on "Assets" in the left sidebar navigation menu
- Then click on "Zaps" in the left sidebar submenu under Assets
- Next click on "Zap ver 1" in the Zaps list to open it
- Then click on "Notes" button in the left sidebar to open the notes panel
- Click the edit icon across "Zap notes"
- Click in the "Zap notes" text area field to begin editing notes
- Finally click anywhere in the workflow canvas to save the notes
