Here is how to add zap notes in zapier

First click on "Assets" in the left sidebar navigation menu
Then click on "Zaps" in the left sidebar submenu under Assets
Next click on "Zap ver 1" in the Zaps list to open it
Then click on "Notes" button in the left sidebar to open the notes panel
Click the edit icon across "Zap notes"
Click in the "Zap notes" text area field to begin editing notes
Finally click anywhere in the workflow canvas to save the notes
