Here is how to add workspace collaborators in airtable

First click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the header
Next click on the "Account" option in the dropdown menu
Select the workspace you want to add collaborators to from the "Workspace settings" menu
Click on the "Collaborators" tab in the workspace settings
Then click on "Add or manage workspace collaborators" button from the “Billable collaborators” section
Click on the email input field and enter your collaborator’s email address
Then select the suggested email from the dropdown list that appears
Click on the role dropdown menu button
Select an appropriate access level from the dropdown options
Next enter an optional message to send in the email they will receive
You can also click the checkbox next to “Notify people” to silently grant their access
Finally click the "Invite" button to send the workspace invitation
