How to add subtask into another project in Asana

How it works

  1. First click on a project in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on the subtask icon next to the main task in the List view
  3. Next click on the subtask in the subtasks section of the details panel
  4. Then click on the more options ("...") button in the top-right corner
  5. Click on "Add to projects" option from the dropdown menu
  6. Next click on the projects input empty field
  7. Then type the name of the project you want to move the subtask to
  8. Finally select the project you want to move the subtask to from the suggested dropdown menu
