In the form editor, click the field you want to add helper text to
Next, locate the "Help text" option in the right sidebar

Next click on the "Add helper text" placeholder below the field in the form

Click anywhere outside the text box to save the change automatically
Click the "Publish" button in the top-right corner to make the changes live, if desired
