How to add due dates in task templates in Asana

How it works

  1. First click on a project in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Customize" button in the top-right corner of the project view
  3. Next click on "Task templates" option in the customize menu
  4. Click the “More options” button (three dots) next to the task template you want to add a due date to
  5. Select "Edit" option from the dropdown menu
  6. Click "Set a relative due date" button in the due date section
  7. Click "Add date range" button in the due date section
  8. Click the task start date input field and type the desired start date
  9. Click the task due date input field and type the desired due date
  10. Finally click "Done" button to save the task template changes
