How to whitelist specific IPs in SurveyMonkey
How it works
1. First click the survey you want to work with
2. Then click on "COLLECT RESPONSES" tab in the top navigation menu
3. Next select the collector you’re using
4. Then click on "Show advanced options" link at the bottom of the settings panel
5. Next click on "IP restrictions" dropdown option in the advanced settings section
6. Next select "On, allow computers at specified IP addresses to take your survey" radio button
7. Finally click on the text input field to enter the IP addresses you want to allow
