How to share a custom dashboard with your team in ClickUp

How it works

  1. First open the dashboard you want to share
  2. Next click on the "Share" button in the top-right corner of the dashboard
  3. In the sharing dialog, click on the text field labeled "Invite by name or email
  4. Locate the person or team you want to share the dashboard with, then toggle the switch next to their name to grant access
  5. Alternatively, enter the names or emails of the team members you want to invite
  6. Then, click on the suggested results
  7. Next, click the permission dropdown menu to set the appropriate access level
  8. Select an option from the dropdown menu
  9. Finally, click the "Send Invite" button to send the invitation and share the dashboard
