How to enable password protection for your survey in SurveyMonkey
How it works
1. First click the survey you want to edit
2. Then click on the "COLLECT RESPONSES" tab in the top navigation menu
3. Next select the collector you’re using
4. Click on "Show advanced options" link at the bottom of the settings panel
5. Click on the "Password protection" option in the advanced settings list
6. Select the "On, only respondents with the password may take your survey" radio button
7. Enter the desired password in the password input field
