Here is how to customize basic page settings in hubspot

First click on the "Content" icon in the left sidebar
Next in the content, navigate to "Website page" or "Landing page" menu depending on where your page is located
Then click on the page you want to edit in the pages list
Click on the "Settings" dropdown menu in the top menu bar
Click on "General" option in the Settings dropdown menu
In the Settings modal, enter an internal name and the page title
To edit the page URL, click on the "Pencil" icon next to the page URL
Click "Update" button in the Edit URL confirmation dialog
Click the "Domains" dropdown menu and select the domain where your page will be hosted. Then enter a URL slug in the "Content slug" field
Next in the Meta description field, enter a description of the page's content that will appear in search results below the page title
Then once done, click the close (X) button in the top-right corner of the Settings modal
Finally click on "Update" button in the top right corner to save the changes and update
