How it works
1. First click on the profile in the top-right corner of the header
2. Then click on "Personal preferences" in the dropdown menu
3. Click on "Email Sync" in the personal preferences settings
4. Next ensure that Email Sync is enabled, as it’s required for creating templates
5. Open the "Inbox" section and click "New email" to start composing a message
6. Below the subject line, click "Choose template" to view existing templates or create a new one
7. To create a template, click "Save draft as template"
8. Enter a template name
9. Compose your email content within the template
10. Use the "Insert Field" feature to add dynamic fields that pull data from linked deals or contacts
11. Choose a field type and name, then click to insert it
12. Select its visibility, "Private" for personal use or "Shared" for team access
13. Click "Save" in the bottom right to finalize your template
14. Reopen "Choose template" to see your saved template listed
15. Select the template
15. Your template is now ready for editing and sending
