Here is how to create a template in clickup

  1. First in your workspace, click the "More options" (three dots) next to an item (Space, folder, list or task)
  2. Next click on "Templates" option in the dropdown menu
  3. Select "Save as Template" from the submenu to create a new template
  4. Enter a name for the template in the input field
  5. Optionally you can add a description and tags
  6. Next configure the Sharing and Import options as needed
  7. Finally click on the "Save Template" button in the bottom-right corner
