- First select the survey you want to add matrix question and click the three-dots (...)
- Then click on "Edit survey" option from the dropdown menu
- In "Design Survey" tab, click on the dropdown arrow next to "New question" button
- Select "Matrix / Rating Scale" from the question type options
- Enter the question text in the question field
- Under the "Rows" section, input the items or statements you want respondents to rate
- Under the "Columns" section, enter the answer choices for each statement
- Then click "Save" to add it to your survey
- You have successfully added a Matrix question to your survey
