Here is how to create a marketing effectiveness survey in mailchimp
- First click on "Audience" item in the left sidebar menu
- Then click on "Surveys" link in the expanded Audience menu
- Next click on the "Marketing effectiveness" template card in the main content area
- Then click on the "Create survey" button in the preview template modal
- Next click on the survey name text field in the setup form
- Then click on the Audience dropdown menu in the setup form
- After that click on the "Guideflow" option in the dropdown list
- Finally click on the "Begin" button to start creating the survey
