Here is how to add stages to your pipeline in zendesk sell

  1. First in Zendesk sell, click on the "Settings" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Sales pipelines" option under the Customize section
  3. Next select the pipeline where you want to add the new stage
  4. Click on the "Stages" tab in the pipeline view
  5. Click on the "+" button to add a new stage
  6. Enter the name of the new stage in the "Stage name" field
  7. Next enter the percentage of win likelihood
  8. Finally click the "Save" button to create the new pipeline stage
  9. The new stage is now added to your pipeline and ready to use
