  2. Next click on the "Share" button in the top toolbar
  3. Next expand the "Share this Doc (All pages)" option in the sharing menu

  5. Finally under the user list, adjust permissions for specific users or group (View-only, Comment-only, Edit access)
  6. The new permission changes will be saved automatically
