Here is how to see who has access to a private space in clickup
- First click on the Workspace avatar dropdown in the top header
- Then click on "Settings" in the workspace dropdown menu
- Next click on "Spaces" in the left sidebar menu
- Each Space has a "Shared With" section showing the avatars of the people or Teams who have access
- Alernatively click on the "More options" menu (three dots) next to the private Space in the left sidebar
- Then click on "Sharing & Permissions" in the dropdown menu
- In the sharing dialog box, click on "People" dropdown
- You will see who has access and their permission levels
