Here is how to restore an archived page in confluence

First, navigate to the spaces list page and open the space that contains the archived page
In the left sidebar, click on the three dots button next to the space name
Next click on "Space settings" from the dropdown menu
In the settings menu, click on "Content"
Select "Archived" in the submenu
After that, locate the page you want to restore
Click on the "More actions"(three dots) next to it
Then select the "Restore" option
In the "Choose destination" dialog, click on the “No parent” dropdown
Choose a parent page for the restored page
Finally click on the "Restore" button to confirm the action
