1. First click on the "Light bulb" icon in the top navigation bar to open the Sales Assistant panel
2. Then click on the "Settings" icon in the top-right corner of the Sales Assistant panel
3. Finally click on "Pause notification alerts for today" option in the settings dropdown menu
4. The Sales Assistant notifications are now paused temporarily
