Here is how to link existing work to a team in asana
- First click on a team in the left sidebar
- Then click on the "Overview" tab in the top navigation menu
- Next scroll down in the team overview page until you see the Add Work button
- Then click "Add Work" at the bottom of the page
- Select "Link existing work" option from the dropdown menu
- Click on the search field
- Then type the name of the project or work you want to add to the team
- Next click on the result from the suggested menu
- Finally click the "Add work" button to link the project
