- First go to the board containing the text you want to improve and locate the "Text" column
- Next click on the three dots menu button in the top-right corner of the column
- Click on "Autofill with AI" option in the dropdown menu
- Click on the "See more actions" in the AI actions menu
- Then click on "Improve text" option
- Next click the "Choose text" dropdown in the improvement options
- Then select the text to improve from the dropdown list
- Open "Advanced options" section by clicking on it
- In the Advanced options section, adjust the text Refinement level, Length and Tone as needed
- Finally click the "Save & apply" button at the bottom of the dialog
- The improved version of the text has now been successfully applied to the column
