How to filter contacts with soft bounces for a specific email in Brevo

How it works

  1. First click on the "Contacts" item in the left sidebar menu
  2. Then click on the "Add filter" button in the top toolbar
  3. In the popup menu, click on the search field and type "soft bounce"
  4. Click on the following conditions in the filter settings
  5. Click on the dropdown arrow to expand email selection options
  6. Select "Email Name" from the dropdown menu
  7. Click on the the dropdown button in the field box
  8. Select the from the filter settings being showed
  9. Finally click on the "Save as segment" button in the bottom right corner
