How it works
1. First click on "Site Explorer" in the top navigation menu
2. In the search bar, click the domain input field to enter a URL
3. Click the "Search" button to analyze the URL
4. Then click on "Paid pages" in the left sidebar menu
5. Then click on the "Cost" column to sort the cost-per-page from highest to lowest
6. Click the "Export" button in the top right corner of the page
7. Finally click the "Export" button in the export dialog popup
