Here is how to delete a sign-up form’s teaser in klaviyo

First click on "Sign-up forms" in the left sidebar menu
Next find the form that has the teaser you want to delete
Click on the menu icon (three dots) next to the form
In the dropdown menu, click on "Edit" option
Next click the three dots on the Teaser button
Then click on the "Delete" option in the menu dropdown
Finally in the confirmation dialog, click on "Delete Teaser" button to confirm deletion
Once done, click on "Publish changes" button in the top-right corner
The teaser has now been successfully deleted from your sign-up form
