How it works

2. Then click on the "Customize" button in the top-right corner of the page
3. Next click on the "Forms" option in the customization sidebar
4. Then click the three dots menu next to the name of the form you want to delete
5. Next click on "Delete" option in the dropdown menu
6. Finally click on "Delete form" button in the confirmation dialog
