How it works
- First click on a project in the left sidebar menu
- Then click on the "Customize" button in the top-right corner of the page
- Next click on the "Forms" option in the customization sidebar
- Then click the three dots menu next to the name of the form you want to delete
- Next click on "Delete" option in the dropdown menu
- Finally click on "Delete form" button in the confirmation dialog
