How to manage project status privacy in Asana

How it works

  1. First click on a project in the left sidebar under Projects section
  2. Then click on "Overview" tab in the top navigation menu
  3. Next click on "Update status" button in the top right corner
  4. Then click the desired status option in the dropdown menu
  5. Next click on "Add recipients" button in the top right corner
  6. Then click on the access settings dropdown to manage the privacy settings
  7. Finally select the type of privacy setting you want to have
