How it works
1. First click on the profile icon in the top-right corner of the header
2. Then click on "Personal preferences" in the dropdown menu
3. Next click on "Email sync" in the left sidebar menu
4. Then click on the "Add signature" button in the Signatures section
5. Enter a name for your signature and fill in the details
6. Click on the "Save" button at the bottom to confirm
7. Your saved signature will now be available
8. To use a signature in an email, go to your "Inbox"
9. Next click "New email" to compose a message
10. At the bottom, click on the signature icon in the toolbar
11. Choose one from your saved options
12. Finally, review your signature and click "Send" to finalize your email
