1. In the pipeline header, click on the "New pipeline" button

2. In the pipeline stages area, click on the "New Stage" button to add a new stage

3. Click on the "New Stage" text field to enter the stage name

4. Click on the "Probability" dropdown field with the value "100"

5. Then click on the "Delete Stage" link at the bottom of the stage card

6. In the confirmation dialog, click the "Delete stage" button to confirm the deletion and see the changes.
