Here is how to change stages in pipedrive
- In the pipeline header, click on the "New pipeline" button
- In the pipeline stages area, click on the "New Stage" button to add a new stage
- Click on the "New Stage" text field to enter the stage name
- Click on the "Probability" dropdown field with the value "100"
- Then click on the "Delete Stage" link at the bottom of the stage card
- In the confirmation dialog, click the "Delete stage" button to confirm the deletion and see the changes
