Here is how to add a time entry from list view in clickup

  1. First navigate to List view from the views bar at the top
  2. Make sure the "Time Tracked" field is added to your List view
  3. Next locate the task row where you want to add a time entry 
  4. Click the "Track Time" button in the time tracked column next to the task
  5. In the time tracking popup, click on the "Enter time" field to add time manually 
  6. Then enter the amount of time worked (e.g., 30m or 1h25m) and press "Enter"
  7. Next select a date and time period to specify when the work was done
  8. Mark the entry as billable or non-billable and add a note or time tracking tags if needed
  9. Finally, click the "Save" button to save the time entry in the task
