  2. Next click on "Organizations" in the dropdown menu
  3. Click on the "Settings" button next to the organization you want to manage
  4. Click on "Member privileges" in the left sidebar under Access section
  5. Locate the "Base permissions" section
  6. Click on the dropdown button to view available permission levels
  7. Then select the base permission level you want to apply to all organization members
  8. Finally click on "Change base permission to 'PERMISSION'" button in the confirmation dialog
