Here is how to schedule a google meet event in clickup

  1. First click on the Calendar icon in the toolbar to open the Calendar view
  2. In the Calendar view and click on the date and time where you want to schedule the event
  3. Next select "Event" tab in the event creation modal
  4. Enter the event title in the title field
  5. Click on the time duration field and adjust the meeting time and duration as needed
  6. Next click on "Add participants" option to invite team members
  7. Then select participant from the participants list
  8. Next click the "Video call provider" dropdown arrow
  9. Then select "Create Google Meet" from the dropdown menu
  10. Next add additional details like linked tasks or Docs, a brief description, privacy settings, and transparency as needed
  11. Finally once done, click on the "Send Invite" button to schedule the meeting
  12. Your Google Meet event has now been successfully scheduled, and invitations have been sent
