Pipedrive is a sales CRM designed to streamline pipeline management and deal tracking.
How it works
1. First click on the "Light bulb" icon in the top toolbar to open the Sales Assistant panel
2. Then click on the "Settings" icon in the Sales Assistant panel
3. Next click on "Manage notifications" option from the dropdown menu
4. Locate the "Comments" option and toggle the switch on or off to enable or disable comment notifications
5. Finally if enabled, you can choose to display real-time pop-up alerts and to receive separate emails for each comment based on your preference
