How to integrate Pipedrive with Outlook

How it works

1. First log into your Zapier account and click on "Create," then choose "Zaps" to begin
2. Then, click on "Trigger" to begin the setup process
3. Search for "Pipedrive" and select it as your Trigger App
4. Next sign into your Pipedrive account
5. Choose the trigger event that fits your needs for the integration
6. Click the "Continue" button to proceed with the trigger setup
7. Click the "Test trigger" button to verify the connection
8. Click the "Continue with selected record" button after test data loads
9. Now, search for "Microsoft Outlook" and select it as your Action App
10. Next sign in to your Microsoft Outlook account
11. Choose an Action event
12. Fill in and customize the required fields as prompted
13. Click "Test step" to check everything is working
14. Finally, click "Publish" to complete the integration
15. Your zap has been published, Pipedrive and Microsoft Outlook are now connected
