First, click on the "Activities" menu in the left sidebar
Next click on the "Meeting scheduler" dropdown button in the top toolbar
Click on "Manage availability" option from the dropdown menu
Then locate the availability meeting you want to modify and click on it
Adjust the meeting duration and when the availability is active
Next, modify your available days and hours to refine when you’re open for bookings
Edit buffer times to set scheduling limits and adjust gaps around meetings
Then click “Continue to meeting details” to move to the next window
Here modify the meeting details if needed and click the "Continue" button to save the changes
Finally, click the "Done" button to confirm the changes
