1. First click on "Contacts" in the left sidebar navigation menu
2. Then click the three-dot icon in the top right for more options
3. Select "Export filter results"
4. Choose your preferred format
5. Next click "Export"
6. For large lists, the export may take some time to process
7. Finally click the "Download" button once the data export is finished
