Here is how to create a task from the toolbar in clickup
- First click on the "New" button in the toolbar at the top of your workspace
- In the new task modal, enter a task name in the provided field
- Click on the "Personal List" dropdown menu
- Next select a location (List or Folder) where the task should be created
- Then, add optional details like status, assignees, due dates, and priorities
- Finally click the "Create Task" button to create the new task
